Food safety & quality

Our export products are processed at our BRCGS-certified facility in Chalacea, Argentina, where quality controls include mechanical cleaning, optical sorting and metal detection.

We maintain traceability for each lot from our own farms or approved suppliers through processing to shipment. Laboratory analyses — pesticide residues, mycotoxins, heavy metals and microbiology — are carried out by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories according to the product, destination market and customer requirements.
