Cono has over 100 fully trained employees carrying out a range of functions: growing and processing our crops, delivering excellent customer service to our customers worldwide, providing hands-on management and staff support. The Board’s role is to decide strategy and to provide entrepreneurial leadership to Cono within a framework of prudent, legal, and effective controls. The Board is currently made up of members of the Braun family as well as non-family directors. Individual members of the family are also actively involved in the day to day running in various roles.
